Welcome to Brother Museum

The Brother Museum is designed to build relationships between the public and Brother. This museum, which consists of an entrance hall and three zones, displays Brother products which embody Brother's DNA of manufacturing fostered through its history of more than 100 years. You will be able to explore the past and present of Brother, a company that continues to take on challenges on the global stage.

    Reopening of Brother Museum
    The Brother Museum has been opened to the public since October 1 (except for Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). To limit attendance in the museum, reservations are required for entry.

    Health and Safety Requirements for Visitors

    -Refrain from visiting the museum if you feel unwell or have a fever.

    -Wear a face covering in the museum.

    -Sanitize hands at the hand-sanitizing stations provided and wash hands in the restrooms.

    -Maintain proper physical distancing from other visitors.

    -Do not touch the exhibits.

    -Avoid talking loudly, running around, and disturbing other visitors.

    -Do not eat and drink in the building (except for water).

    -Do not arrange a group tour of 10 or more.

    Our Safety Measures

    -Requiring our staff to wear a facial covering.

    -Requiring our staff to check their temperature before coming to work and manage their physical conditions.

    -Installing an acrylic barrier on the front desk.

    -Disinfecting and cleaning the museum as needed.

    -Always ventilating the museum building.

    -Installing a thermographic camera at the entrance. Visitors with a temperature of 37.5° or more will be denied entry.

    -Limiting attendance as necessary to avoid crowding and other factors that could contribute to the spread of COVID-19.

    Museum Holidays Between December and February

    The Brother Museum will be closed on December 3, from December 30 to January 5, on January 11 and on February 23. We will be closed on Saturdays until further notice.
