The "MFC-4500ML", a compact black-and-white All-in-One released in 1995, had the combined functions of a FAX, PC FAX, copier, printer, and a scanner. The multiple functions, compact size, and the high cost performance made it a great success, making it the pioneer of a black-and-white laser All-in-One in the US market.
